Orders placed by 11 am ET for in-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days (ground) from order placement. Orders placed on Fridays, holidays or weekends will begin processing on the following business day. Items ordered together may ship separately.
Shipping Method
We offer free shipping on orders over $100, and for orders under $100 we have included flat shipping at $9.95.
Some items on our site require a little extra care due to their size and/or weight. In these cases, Oversized Item shipping charges will be incurred at checkout as stated in the Details section of the item’s product page.

Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary for each item on our website. Estimated processing and shipping lead times are listed on each product page under the “Shipping & Returns” section, in your Shopping Cart, and on your order confirmation. Please reference our product pages for required processing periods and shipping lead times before placing your order to ensure it aligns with your shopping needs and timelines.
Processing Time
The following items are custom made-to-order and may take up to 5-8 business days to process and ship: custom pillows, select framed + canvas art, custom neon signs, area rugs, trunks, select furniture, and poster prints.

Shipping Address Change Requests
In order to ship your items as quickly as possible, we start working on your order immediately after it has been confirmed in our system. Due to the quick and streamlined nature of this process, we are typically unable to make changes or cancel orders after it has been confirmed in our system. Please be sure to confirm the shipping address is correct during the checkout process before placing your order.
P.O. Box Orders
Please note that WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES if processed via our website. If you enter a P.O. Box address, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
College Dorms
Joyenfolie is not responsible for delivery to dorm rooms and halls. If you’re shipping to school prior to move-in, please contact your school directly to confirm their package policies and shipping address format before placing your order. Please note we are unable to hold orders to ship at a later date. Your order will begin processing as soon as it has been confirmed in our system.
International Shipping
Although our goal is to find a delivery solution for all of our Joyenfolie customers worldwide, we are unable to ship internationally at this point in time. Stay tuned for future service developments as we continue to expand our reach!
Special Exceptions
Our shipping and processing charges are meant to compensate our company for processing your order, packing your products, delivering them to you, and related overhead. Shipping to some destinations, especially those outside the contiguous United States and rural domestic addresses, require one or more additional business days to deliver.
Backorders
We may need to postpone shipping if a product is not immediately available. We will ship backordered items as soon as they are back in stock. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.
Lost or Missing Packages
You have up to 10 days after an item is marked as delivered to report your missing package. Joyenfolie is not responsible for lost packages reported beyond 10 days post-delivery. Please ensure that you provide a valid shipping address that is attended and will be monitored during the day if your mail area is not secure.
